We are New Zealand based, accessible, and provide you with training when we handover your website. You can always book in additional training with our team if you want to do more behind the scenes and we will never lock you out of your website, it’s yours!

Every brand is different! If you have a deadline in mind please let us know at the beginning of the process and we will let you know if it is achievable.
A project can take between 1 – 6 months. Branding alone is one month. Add on a website build and that could be an additional two months. And if we’re also organising photos and content, it could be longer. Best thing to do is to get the ball rolling as soon as possible so we can make sure we do the job once and do it right.
Yes! 50% deposit will be required to begin your project with the remainder due at completion for handover of the files. However we can discuss milestone billing and installments so let us know.
Absolutely.
SEO is included as part of your website project however there is always more that can be done – and if your competitors are investing in ongoing SEO efforts you may need to increase your efforts too. Talk to us about your SEO needs.

We offer hosting (the space on a server your website needs to occupy to stay live) and maintenance (the regular updates your software may require to stay secure and stable) from $60/month. It is generally easier for you if we take care of this – but we can talk through your options.
Communication is everything! We expect that you will provide us with a detailed, thoughtful brief, and will include examples of designs you like and designs that you don’t like.
We will produce concepts that meet the criteria you have supplied and will add on our extensive marketing research, data, values, and sales psychology knowledge to create something that ticks the brief, and will be effective in the market.
It depends on the specific brand project but we plan for more than one round of concept based on the original brief. If after handing over concepts you realise that you’d like to update your brief, there will be additional fees (but this rarely occurs!).
That’s pretty typical, but part of working with expert designers is letting us take the reign and use our years of brand experience to design something unique for your business.
It can be hard to let go of a concept or design you’ve seen that you really resonate with but it’s our job to keep the end goal in mind – communicating who you are, and standing out from the crowd…which a generic logo is never going to achieve.
Yes we can write copy and content and organise updated imagery. We are experts when it comes to website structure, content that delivers results and how your website should flow. We will let you know what we believe you require to achieve your goals – because we do things once and do it right.
Yes, we will provide full training so that you can edit all the pages on the website.
